How referral fees work

Referral fees are available to eligible referring professionals — including accountants, lawyers, realtors, wealth advisors, and insurance professionals — upon the successful funding of a mandate.

All fee arrangements are agreed upon and disclosed in writing before engagement commences. Fees are paid from Arise Capital Advisory's advisory compensation — not charged additionally to your client.

Referral fees are structured in compliance with applicable FSRA regulations and any professional body guidelines relevant to your designation.

Banking professionals: We understand your compliance obligations. No fee arrangement is offered or expected for referrals from bank employees.

All fees are disclosed in writing prior to engagement. Arise Capital Advisory operates under the mortgage agent licence of Jeffrey Ike (Licence #M21003771) through CanadaLend Inc. (FSRA Brokerage #11384).
