A decade inside Canada's major banks before founding Arise Capital Advisory — that's the lens we bring to every mandate.
Jeffrey Ike founded Arise Capital Advisory in 2021 after building a career in commercial banking at two of Canada's major financial institutions — BMO and TD Bank — where he held senior relationship management roles and developed a deep understanding of how lenders assess, structure, and adjudicate complex financing requests.
That institutional experience is the firm's core advantage. We don't just know how to apply for financing — we know how credit decisions are made, what lenders look for in a file, and how to structure a mandate to maximize the probability of approval at the best available terms.
Arise Capital Advisory was founded on the premise that owner-managed and mid-market businesses deserve advisory-level guidance on commercial financing — not a form submission and a call centre. Every mandate is overseen at the senior advisory level — from initial assessment through to a funded deal.
The firm serves business owners, investors, and developers across Canada, with deep expertise in commercial real estate finance, working capital solutions, transitional financing, and complex situations requiring speed, creativity, and institutional-level structuring.
Jeffrey holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from McGill University and is a licensed mortgage agent (Level 2) regulated by FSRA (Ontario) through CanadaLend Inc. (Brokerage #11384). All advisory fees are disclosed in writing prior to engagement.
The first conversation costs nothing and commits to nothing. Bring the file — we'll tell you what's possible.
